Abstract

本发明公开了一种能垂直拐弯的爬壁机器人,包括控制盒,第一移动装置,第二移动装置,一端与第一移动装置连接、另一端与第二移动装置连接的舵机;第一移动装置外部具有第一电磁履带、第一电机,并设置有第一距离传感器和第一压力传感器;第二移动装置具有第二电磁履带、第二电机,并设置有第二距离传感器和第二压力传感器;控制盒内具有控制模块,第一、第二电磁履带驱动模块,第一、第二电机驱动模块,舵机驱动模块以及给各个模块提供电源的电源模块。该爬壁机器人结构简单、成本低,能较方便的对中央空调的水平管道和竖直管道内的积尘进行清理。
The invention discloses a wall-climbing robot capable of turning around vertically. The wall-climbing robot comprises a control box, a first moving device, a second moving device and a steering engine with one end connected with the first moving device and the other end connected with the second moving device. A first electromagnetic track and a first motor are arranged on the outer portion of the first moving device, and a first distance sensor and a first pressure sensor are arranged on the first moving device. The second moving device is provided with a second electromagnetic track and a second motor and is further provided with a second distance sensor and a second pressure sensor. A control module, a first electromagnetic track and second electromagnetic track driving module, a first motor and second motor driving module, a steering engine driving module and a power supply supplying power to various modules are arranged in the control box. The wall-climbing robot is simple in structure, low in cost and capable of conveniently clearing accumulated dust in a horizontal pipe and a vertical pipe of a central air conditioning.
