The invention relates to solar water heaters, electric water heaters, heat-pump water heaters and gas water heaters, in particular to numerical control equipment special for cutting off and deburring shell covers of heat waters. Currently, cutting-off and deburring processes of the shell covers are basically processed and completed on a lathe, and the processing mode is high in operating difficulty, large in equipment and space occupancy, different in size of the shell covers, low in uniformity leading to poor appearance quality, high in single-tool maintenance ratio and low in efficiency. The invention aims at providing a novel processing mode of cutting-off and deburring of the shell covers, the novel processing mode is realized by the special numerical control equipment which has a numerical control operating system, and by operating through the numerical control system, operating difficulty in cutting-off and deburring is lowered, uniformity of the size of the shell covers after being cut off and deburred is guaranteed, product uniformity is guaranteed, maintenance ratio is low, efficiency can be greatly improved, appearance quality can be improved, defective rata is lowered, and production cost for enterprises is lowered.
