System and method for starting diesel generator set in corrective maintenance process

Abstract

The invention relates to a system for starting a diesel generator set in a corrective maintenance process. The system comprises a voltage transformer, a control module, an alarm circuit, a starting generator and a controllable switch device, wherein the voltage transformer is used for detecting voltage input to equipment; the control module is connected with the voltage transformer and is used for judging whether the input voltage is under the condition of voltage losing according to a detection result provided by the voltage transformer; the alarm circuit is connected with the output end of the control module and is used for receiving a signal which is sent out by the control module under the condition of voltage losing; the starting generator is connected with the control module and used for sending out a request signal for starting the diesel generator set to the control module; the controllable switch device is connected with the control module, and after the controllable switch device is controlled by the control module to be closed, the diesel generator set is started to operate. According to the system, the diesel generator set is controlled to operate to provide required voltage for the equipment in case of voltage losing of the equipment, so that the system has the advantage of high intelligentization degree.
本发明涉及一种故障检修过程中柴油发电机组的启动系统,包括电压互感器,用于检测输入到设备的电压;以及与电压互感器连接的控制模块,根据电压互感器提供的检测结果,判断设备的输入电压是否为失压情况;以及连接于控制模块输出端的报警电路,接收控制模块判断失压情况下发出的信号进行报警;以及与控制模块连接的启动发生器,用于向控制模块检测发出启动柴油发电机组的请求信号;以及与控制模块连接的可控开关装置,可控开关装置受控制模块装置,接通后使柴油发电机组启动运行。本发明是在设备失压时通过控制发电机组工作向设备提供所需电压,本发明有智能化程度高的优点。
