The invention relates to a sine wave output inverter power supply. The sine wave output inverter power supply is characterized by at least comprising a direct current voltage end, an H bridge inverter circuit and a control circuit. The H bridge inverter circuit comprises four power tubes Q1-Q4 and four diodes D1-D4, and insulated gate bipolar translator (IGBT) tubes are adopted as the four power tubes Q1-Q4, wherein the Q1 and the Q2 serve as upper half-bridge circuits, and the Q3 and the Q4 serve as lower half-bridge circuits. Collector electrodes of two IGBT tubes of the upper half-bridge circuits are connected with a power source anode, emitting electrodes of the IGBT tubes Q1 and Q2 of the upper half-bridge circuits are respectively electrically connected with the IGBT tubes Q3 and Q4 of the lower half-bridge circuits, an electric connection point of the Q1 and the Q3 and an electric connection point of the Q2 and the Q4 are respectively electrically connected with a primary electrode end of a transformer T, and emitting electrodes of the IGBT tubes Q3 and Q4 of the lower half-bridge circuits are connected with power ground. The sine wave output inverter power supply is safe, reliable and high in performance.
