Elevator unmanned boarding and alighting system of conveyor car

Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a conveyor car automatically retractable to a carriage by installing an electromagnetic inductor in the carriage for an elevator, while setting up a board- hall admission guide path, an alighting hall admission guide path and each of onboard approaching and retreating guide paths and so on, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A conveyor car 20 is guided and traveled by a magnetic field of a main guidepath wire 10, and it is automatically stopped at a surface fixed point A in and around a boarding hall 41. On the other hand, when a carriage 30 is reached to the boarding hall 41, a ground coil GCi and an onboard coil MCi both correspond to it. Accordingly, the conveyor car 20 is guided and traveled by each magnetic field of both guidepath wires L 1 , L 4 , and it is automatically stopped at the time of detection of an onboard stop point B. At this time, if the carriage 30 is not stopped at the specified position, a magnetic field negating specified line L 2 negates a magnetic field of the boarding hall approaching guidepath wire L 1 . When the carriage 30 is reached to the boarding hall 42, an onboard retreating guidepath wire L 5 and the main guidepath wire 10 come to a serial form, thus the conveyor car 20 retreats from the carriage 30.
